Delete your Juma account

You can request deletion here without installing the app. Signing in or reviewing the details does not delete anything.

What happens to your information?

Sending a request stops access to the linked Juma accounts and businesses while Mina Logic reviews them. It does not erase them right away.

Reviewed for deletion: your sign-in details, business profile, jobs and schedules, draft quotes and invoices, and customer details held in Juma.
May need to be kept: limited issued invoices and receipts, payment, settlement, refund or dispute records, and minimal request or security records, but only for a specific legal, tax or dispute reason. Extra details should be removed.
Other copies: provider records and backups need separate review. Juma cannot take back files or links you shared with other people.

Mina Logic acknowledges verified deletion requests within 7 days and aims to complete deletion within 30 days after identity verification. If more work or justified retention is necessary, we will explain what remains, which limited records are retained and why, and the next review date. We will notify you when deletion is complete through a verified contact route. You do not need to contact support again to complete a request submitted here or in Juma. Read the privacy policy.
